In creating this blog I had the hopes that people, albeit few, would want to read my thoughts and opinions concerning what I’m sure will be a vast array of topics. I may not be a jet-setter, taking off on exotic locales each day, or perhaps a secret, Russian spy roaming around the U.S. in search of…who knows? But, I do analyze everything, so who wouldn’t want to check in on this overly critical little person once in a while? Or, since most of my readers will happen to be friends or part of my family, they may just want to know where I am living at the moment. To make a long story short, you now have AlterBlog to keep you in-the-know.
I originally hail from a small township in Northeast Ohio, called Bainbridge. This may be too specific for many people, so I’ll just call my hometown Cleveland. This is the type of place where a teenager has to get extremely creative when looking for something to do, i.e. spending hours in the parking lot of the local grocery store, conversing mainly about relationships and the future.
Now onto bigger and better things, I’ve just graduated college at The American University in Washington, DC and have picked up and moved myself to Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Now my life consists of interning during the day, waitressing at night, and finding few moments in-between to apply for jobs. Future aspirations of becoming an editor continue to motivate me, however it is my close-knit ties with friends and family that truly keep me glued together.
Just as I inform you about my thoughts, life, and whereabouts; I hope you will do the same for me. Additionally, please let me know if you have some suggestions regarding my site, as this is my first attempt at such a feat. And more importantly, I hope you enjoy reading AlterBlog!

You are always and forever my favorite niece!
You are stunning and always an inspiration for your age group!
I hope to see your name on the editorial listings of most influential editors for a year of your choosing and dinner that year will be on you!
